SCRIMSHAW REIMAGINED
MODERN MATERIALS, VINTAGE CRAFT
We’ve teamed up again with our longtime friends at P&Co. to build a knife that draws from both brands’ rich heritage.
After months of digging through history, we kept coming back to Scrimshaw: an art form from the 1800s — where sailors would carve designs into handmade knives using whatever materials they could find at sea.
Our take reintroduces this classic style of knife, for today.
THE SCRIMSHAW HENRY COLLECTION
For our ideal scrimshaw, we used the frame of our slip-joint knife, the Henry. Reimagining it from the ground up with modern materials that nod to scrimshaw history.
The result is four unique blades. Three with custom-etched designs on one side, and the other side blank for your own carving. The fourth — the Blank Canvas — is clean on both sides, for those who want to tell their whole story from scratch.
