Every WESN product is warranted to be free of defects in both material and workmanship for the life of the knife. We will repair or replace any defective WESN product.
We also do not intend our knives to be used as screwdrivers, hammers, chisels or pry bars. Do not throw your knife, or use your knife for anything other than cutting. Disassembling or sharpening your knife on a power grinding wheel will void your warranty.
Repair and/or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. WESN shall not be liable for any incidental, reliance, or consequential damages or breach of implied reliance or consequential damage or breach of implied warranty on this product. WESN’s liability under any circumstances is limited to the purchase price. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
Our knives have only one use, as a cutting tool. WESN knives carry no warranty except as expressly contained herein. WESN disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose other than for us as a cutting tool. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description contained herein.
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $55.
All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-2 business days after the order is placed, excluding holidays. This applies to Express orders as well. Orders placed after 1PM on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday.
Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification titled “A shipment from order # is on the way”. This will contain your tracking information!*
*If you do not receive your Tracking Email within 3 business days of placing your order please check your Spam and/or Promotions folders.
The shipping services offered are subject to change depending on carrier reliability; based on extreme delays caused by weather or overall package volume.
Our shipping facility as well as the carriers we use are not operating on the following holidays. If your order was placed on or around these holidays please add an additional 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Orders shipping internationally are subject to additional local taxes, customs and duties fees.
If you refuse your shipment from WESN Goods, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any duties, taxes and/or customs charges on the package (both original and return shipments), plus the cost of returning the package to WESN Goods.
Returned to Sender:
In some scenarios the carrier may not be able to complete delivery to your address due to uncontrollable circumstances. If you see your package has been marked “Return to Sender”, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Once your order has been shipped out, WESN Goods is not responsible for any losses or damages in transit. The customer’s responsibility is to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier, to monitor the delivery of the shipment. Our Customer Service Team is happy to help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, however, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.

All in-stock orders from WESN will leave our warehouse within 2 days of placing your order, Monday through Friday.
WESN uses live carrier rates to calculate your shipping rates at checkout, including orders headed to Alaska and Hawaii.
Holiday Shipping & Gift Returns
The holidays are a hectic time for shipping, but any orders placed by midnight PST on December 19th are guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. As much as we wish we could, we can’t make the same promise for any orders placed beyond that time. PS -- we accept returns for any order placed in November and December up to January 31.
WESN uses live carrier rates to calculate your shipping rates at checkout to make sure you get the best shipping rate. International shipments can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks to arrive. As of now, we offer shipping to over 40 countries, and that number is always growing. Email us at email@example.com to see if your country is included!
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
Duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the cost of shipping; these costs are the responsibility of the customer. Be sure to check your local customs agency for details and cost estimates. If an order is returned to sender, the customer is liable for original shipping costs. WESN is not responsible for any delays your package may experience in customs. If you have any concerns, contact your local customs office for help and information.
Freight Forwarding Addresses
Due to tracking accountability, WESN does not ship to freight forwarding addresses. If an order is placed with a freight forwarding address, the order will be canceled and payment refunded.
