Returns & Exchanges

No worries if you're not 100% happy with your WESN purchase! We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 60 days of purchase, and we cover the shipping costs with our Free Domestic Returns + Exchanges service.

  • To start a return, go to your account and select the product(s) you'd like to return.
  • After selecting the product(s), a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package will be provided.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
